Event Description
On Jan. 1, 2009, a bunch of us jumped into the Mon to start the new year right. Doing it once wasn't quite stupid enough, so we're going again in 2010.
The actual swimming part doesn't happen until 9:30, but if you show up earlier, you'll enjoy a brief-but-intense Tropical-themed tailgate party. Coconut bras and aloha shirts will be appropriate, for the party, if not the weather.
We'll have plenty more details and directions as the date draws closer. Make sure you don't miss out on the first Pittsburgh Tweetup of next year!

- If you think we are all crazy, let me tell you that the crowd enthusiasm is distracting enough that you won't notice the chill. It only felt cold on first dive, after that I acclimated to the water and it was no problem. It's really a great time!
