SIDT Gets Cultured Tweetup

The Should I Drink That boys are going big time, and we have a chance to watch it happen.

SickPuppy and Father Spoon will guest host the September session of Craft Beer School, the informal series of beer-tasting sessions sponsored by the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust. The guys will join regular host Tony "The Beerman" Knipling to do, uh ... well, we're not exactly sure what, but we're guessing it'll involve beer.

If you haven't attended one of these sessions, you should know it's a pretty cool night. Your $25 ticket includes beer, food, and lessons about what you're drinking that evening; given that Spoon and SP are involved, this particular night may also include strippers and/or gunfire.

Tickets for the fall sessions -- including the September class -- go on sale June 30 via the Trust's website or phone number, included here. The doors open at 5:45 p.m. and the Spoon and Puppy show begins at 6:15.

Hey Yinz -- Through my affiliation with the Trust, I know Craft Beer series tickets go pretty fast, so we'll have to try to order a block or something when the time gets closer.
